1.Terms of Return.
- Refund Policy
RETURN & REFUND POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
We have a 7-days return policy, which means you have 7-days after receiving your item to request a return. Only Solvil et Titus watches can be request for return & exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All returns are subjected to management approval.

- Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify immediately.
- Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Promotion / Sales item / Limited Edition or items that has been customized to suit you (eg, pre-adjustment of bracelet, hole punching in leather straps etc)

Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns nor refunds on gift cards.
- Exchanges
Only Solvil et Titus watches can be request for return & exchange. If you wish to exchange a product in your order within 7 days of receipt, it will be an one-time exchange, and the item must be of equivalent or higher value. If the exchange item is of lower value than the original product, the difference in value will be forfeited.
You will not be able to make cross exchanges for your online purchase at our retail stores due to different management systems.
All exchanges are subject to management approval. Returns due to change of mind are not allowed.
- Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
City Chain Malaysia reserves the right to reject any exchanges if the item is found to be mishandled or not in its original packaging.
